Radarr LLC · Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of New York

Radarr LLC ("Radarr", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Radarr App platform at app.radarr.biz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name and billing information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by Radarr LLC.

1.2 Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, signals viewed, settings configured and features used. This helps us improve the Service.

1.3 LinkedIn connections data. If you upload a LinkedIn connections CSV file (Full plan only), we store the connection data in your account to enable warm intro matching. This data is used solely to cross-reference signal companies against your network. We do not share it with any third party.

1.4 CRM credentials. If you connect a CRM such as HubSpot, we store your API token in encrypted form to enable signal syncing. We do not access your CRM beyond the sync operations you configure.

1.5 Communications. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • (a) Provide, operate and maintain the Service;
  • (b) Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • (c) Send signal digest emails and transactional communications (welcome emails, billing receipts, service notices);
  • (d) Cross-reference signal companies against your uploaded LinkedIn network (Full plan);
  • (e) Sync signals to your connected CRM;
  • (f) Improve and develop the Service;
  • (g) Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Information We Process About Third Parties

3.1 The Service uses AI to research and surface publicly available information about companies and individuals (signal targets). This includes company names, executive names, job titles, LinkedIn URLs and news articles sourced from publicly accessible web content.

3.2 This information is processed to generate signal intelligence for your business development use. Radarr LLC does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy of publicly available information processed by the Service's AI components.

3.3 If you are an individual whose information has been surfaced by the Service and you wish to raise a concern, contact us at hello@radarr.biz.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • (a) Service providers. We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
  • (b) CRM integration. If you connect HubSpot or another CRM, signal data you configure to sync will be transmitted to that platform under your direction.
  • (c) Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect the rights and safety of Radarr LLC or others.
  • (d) Business transfer. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.

5. Data Retention

5.1 We retain your account information and signal data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and administrative purposes.

5.2 LinkedIn connections data you upload is retained while your subscription is active. You may delete it at any time from your Settings page.

5.3 Signal data is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.

5.4 Upon cancellation of your subscription, your account data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless we are required to retain it longer by law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage via Supabase, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and secure credential handling. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and accept no liability for unauthorized access beyond what is required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • (a) Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • (b) Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • (c) Request deletion of your personal information;
  • (d) Object to or restrict processing of your personal information;

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@radarr.biz. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics platforms that track you across other websites.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at hello@radarr.biz and we will delete it promptly.
